Workshop on ACTS and Organisational Development 2024
Join us for a workshop on ACTS Solidarity System and Oganisational Development.
The Advancing Caritas Through Solidarity (ACTS) solidarity system is up and running and in September CE member organisations (MO) can apply for support from this system. Both individual and joint organisational development (OD) projects can be submitted. This ACTS-OD workshop is proposed to:
- Exchange about ongoing joint ACTS projects;
- Give Caritas Europa Member Organisations the opportunity to network on OD, in view of applying for joint ACTS applications in September, but also more in general, to match strengths and weaknesses as identified in CIMS Assessments.
The fraternal partnership concept will be further explored, and the CI Mapping will be presented as a related tool for transparency and sharing.
Special attention will be given to the topic of Human Resources and related CIMS (sub) standards.
The workshop is targeting OD practitioners from a broad range of Member organisations interested in getting involved in ACTS and in joining forces for organisational development in view of improving CIMS compliance and strengthening the CE network.
A participation fee of €100 pp will be asked.
Caritas Europa covers the following costs for a limited number of participants based on CARES or CETS rules. If you can feasibly travel by train you are encouraged to do so.
- Transportation costs from/to airport/venue;
- Flights;
- Accommodation.
