Autumn Academy 2023
The Caritas Europa Autumn Academy 2023 in Brussels will host the participants of the Advocacy Learning Path III and other invited working structures.
The Advocacy Learning Path will start on Monday 6 November 2023 at 17:00 and will end on Thursday 9 November 2023 with a closing Dinner at 19:00.
The ODSS Task Force ACTS allocation meeting will start on Tuesday 7 November 2023 at 14:00 and will end on Thursday 9 November at lunchtime.
This year the Pool of Theologian’s meeting will take place on the 6-7 November.
There will be some opportunities for interaction between the groups. Please indicate on the registration form which group you are part of.

The agenda of the ACTS allocation meeting will be sent to the ODSS TF.
The event is open for accepted participants, invited speakers and facilitators of the learning path, the pool of theologians and members of the ODSS TF only
The participation cost for the Advocacy Learning Path III is €500 paid once by the accepted participants.
For instructions on how to reach the hotel once you arrive in Brussels, please review this document carefully.
Rooms will be booked for registered participants by Caritas Europa in the President Hotel, Boulevard Du Roi Albert II 44, Brussels, Belgium.
You do not need to book the room yourself.
All meals during the event will be organised by Caritas Europa.
The workshops will be conducted in English.
Caritas Europa covers the following costs for a limited number of participants based on CARES or CETS rules. If you can feasibly travel by train you are encouraged to do so.
- Transportation costs from/to airport/venue;
- Flights;
- Accommodation during the event is booked and paid by Caritas Europa;
- Lunches and dinners during the event are organised and paid by Caritas Europa.
