Youth Forum 2026
Say YES to well-being!
The Youth Forum 2026, held back-to-back with the YES Project Conference, will bring together young people, volunteers, and youth workers from across Europe to explore two issues that have a significant impact on young people’s well-being today: mental health and housing.
Together with European policymakers, experts, and other professionals, participants will have a unique opportunity to engage in discussions on these topics, contribute to advocacy efforts, share their experiences, and build meaningful connections through networking.
Participants will also take part in an innovative participatory workshop, where they will reflect on and share their personal and collective perspectives on mental health and housing.

Please note that Caritas Europa will be able to cover the participation of only a limited number of members. Therefore, we encourage you to ask your organisation to cover your travel and accommodation costs. If in addition your organisation would like to show solidarity and cover the costs of participants from other Caritas organisations, please indicate it in the registration form below.
Please read carefully the following information about attendance and costs before registering.
The event is open to young people, young volunteers, and youth workers from Caritas Europa member organisations. We welcome up to two participants per member organisation or country, ideally one volunteer and one youth worker.
If you are interested in participating, please register as soon as possible and no later than 23 August. After the registration deadline, all applications will be reviewed, and the final selection of participants will be announced by 28 August.
Please do not book your travel before your participation has been confirmed by Caritas Europa. During the selection process, Caritas Europa will strive to ensure regional diversity and gender balance.
Participation fee
The participation fee is EUR 150 per person.
Accommodation
The hotel room costs will be approximately 35€/night per person.
Caritas Europa will book hotel rooms for all participants. Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms.
In case your organisation covers your costs, you will receive a debit note for the accommodation cost after the Forums.
Please note that we will charge you any cancellations after 1 September.
Meals
Caritas Europa covers the meals during the Forums, as indicated in the programme.
Travel support
Caritas Europa covers the following costs for a limited number of participants based on CARES or CETS rules. If you can feasibly travel by train, you are encouraged to do so.
We will reimburse:
- Transportation costs from/to airport/venue by public transport;
- Flights or (international) trains/buses.
If you intend to request reimbursement of your travel costs, please indicated it in the registration form below. You will receive an expense claim form when your participation is confirmed.
