Call for a consultant – facilitation of Executive Leadership Training Programme II
Caritas Europa is looking for an experienced consultant to develop and facilitate the second edition of its Executive Leadership Training Programme (ELTP II), taking place from January to November 2027. Working closely with the Caritas Europa Secretariat and the Executive Leadership Training Task Force, the consultant will support the development of the curriculum and session plans, facilitate four three-day workshops and online sessions, and accompany participants throughout the programme.

Call for a consultant – recruitment of the next Caritas Europa’s Secretary General
Caritas Europa is looking for an experienced HR/recruitment consultant to support the recruitment process of its next Secretary General, who will be elected at the Regional Conference in May 2027. Working with the Executive Board’s recruitment committee and the current Secretary General, the consultant will advise on the recruitment process, propose a longlist of candidates, assess the shortlisted candidates and take part in the interview rounds, ending with a final assessment for the Executive Board.
