The Caritas Development Fund (CDF) 2014-2018 was a financial solidarity system, which aimed at helping make Caritas Europa member organisations more sustainable. It was the predecessor of the Organisational Development Solidarity System (ODSS) currently in place.
Through CDF, member organisations were able to begin their organisational development (OD) processes. By implementing 3-year plans with financial support from within the network, they were able to gradually integrate OD into their organisational strategies.
